Flat Is Where It’s At In Sheet Pan
Engineered and manufactured to counteract flaring and bowing, the StayFlat sheet pan’s sides are continuously reinforced with a horizontal engineered rib, which increases the wall strength by up to 30%. Universal Fryer Guard is a Fire Guard
The FMP Universal Fryer Splash Guard is a great way to add protection to your fryer and your kitchen. According to the National Fire Prevention Association’s code 96, deep fryers must be located 16 in. from an open-flame cooking source to prevent grease fires. If that is not possible, an 8-in. protective barrier can be utilized. The FMP Splash Guard is universal and works on the right or left side of most fryers. Other brand splash guards require drilling the fryer and bolting the guard on. Disposer technology has diverted more than 77.3 billion lb. of food scraps from landfills to wastewater treatment plants, which transforms the waste into usable biogas. InSinkErator, an Emerson business and a manufacturer of food waste disposers and instant hot water dispensers for home and commercial use, celebrated its 75th anniversary by hosting an event at its headquarters in Racine, Wis., where the company produced its 150 millionth disposer. Today, InSinkErator disposers are playing an increasingly important environmental role in managing food waste, and are gaining popularity on a global scale. TSX3 Heats Up Cold Monitoring
The Series TSX3 Digital Temperature Switch was designed to control the compressor, fan, and defrost in refrigeration applications.
