IT'S A PREP-UNIT COVER FROM JIMEX
How about a sandwich-prep unit that leads a double life as counterspace? Jimex has just come out with new Overnight Covers for its Ascend 60" -wide JSP-6016 and 72" -wide JSP-7218 sandwich prep tables. When operators don't need prep space, these stainless steel covers provide additional counter workspace for microwaves and storage containers. EGGS MADE FAST WITH ANTUNES UNIT
Got a breakfast rush or an egg special? A. J. Antunes' Egg Station cooks eggs up fast—approximately 120 seconds for room-temperature eggs and 150 for refrigerated eggs—and in volume. Model ES-1200 can cook up to 12 eggs at a time; the ES-600 and -604 can each cook a maximum of 6 eggs at once. Eggs are cooked with a combination of heat from a platen and steam created under the pivoting cover, lowered over egg rings.
