NACUFS Hosts 53rd National Conference In July

The National Association of College & University Food Services holds its 2011 National Conference July 13-16 in Dallas. The 53rd annual national conference, “Reinvent Your Future,” will focus on ways that foodservice professionals can meet industry challenges.

General session speakers include Howard Putnam, former CEO of Southwest Airlines, outlining key strategies to reinvent a business, and Jason Ryan Dorsey, of Gen Y Guy, discussing ways to reinvent the workplace to accommodate a multigenerational workforce.

Attendees can visit more than 350 booths showcasing products, services and ideas.
