The Society for Foodservice Management is settling into its new Louisville, Ky., headquarters in January. SFM, headed by Barbara Kane as member president, is again under management with FSA Management Group. Key members of the new management team include Tony Butler, client relations and strategic development; Peg Plaut, event planning and production; Michael Alderson, marketing and communications; and John Bunker, financial services and operations.
SFM’s new website—launched last fall with enhanced peer-networking features, member spotlights and improved functionality—has more details, including news on the association’s Sept. 11-13, 2012 conference.
