Gleitsmann Takes Reins At Scotsman Ice

A name familiar to many has returned to the E&S industry. Scotsman Industries has appointed Rich Gleitsmann as interim president of Scotsman Ice Systems. Gleitsmann spent more than a decade in the foodservice industry, including posts as president of ITW Food Equipment Group, and prior to that, as president of Hobart Corp. Gleitsmann, a former Marine Corps officer and a decorated Vietnam veteran, will report to Kevin Fink, group managing director-Americas. Scotsman is based in Vernon Hills, Ill.
