BLANCO CS (Customized Solutions) has announced Frank Höck and Robert Götz will assume, respectively, domestic and export control of the Catering Systems business unit. Martin Braun will lead the German company’s new Food Presentation and Front Cooking Centre, which will process tasks and customer requests. Braun has been a key account manager for the last three years. Rolf Waldi remains company chairman.
