CAROLINA REP FIRMS FORGE STRATEGIC BOND

Two North Carolina rep firms have partnered up. The owners of Griffin Marketing Group, Salisbury, N.C., and Jones-McCormick, Charlotte, N.C., are merging in a business alliance that they say boasts a combined 250 years of foodservice experience. The two firms share complementary management styles, synergistic line lists, and commitment to dealer, manufacturer and end-user relationships. Bob McCormick, president of Jones-McCormick, said, “The long term benefits of this alliance are compelling. Our increased visibility within traditional and emerging foodservice market segments will increase sales for our dealer base and manufacturers alike.”

The names of both companies will remain intact for the current year and customers will see no change in their respective account representatives.
