LONESTAR ACQUIRES FELLOW TEXAS DEALER CPAPC

LoneStar Restaurant Supply announced July 1 that it has acquired CPAPC Restaurant Design and Supply; both are based in Dallas. The combined company will now operate from seven locations in Texas and South Carolina, and continue offering consulting, design, project management and installation in addition to E&S sales.

There will be few changes made at the company. Mark Jansen will remain as president, and previous CPAPC owners May, Michael and Steve Lam will remain active in the business. Steve Schaefer will continue to manage the Texas division while Larry Polk is responsible for the General Sales Co. division in Columbia, S.C.

In addition to its Dallas headquarters and branch in South Carolina, LoneStar has offices in Austin, Arlington, Carrollton, San Angelo, and Temple, Texas.
