Three executive changes at tabletop supplier LIBBEY INC.: Stephanie Streeter has been appointed CEO; her manufacturing and service business background includes Banta Corp. and the U.S. Olympic Committee. William Foley, who has been a Libbey director since 1994, has been named chairman of the board. And current Libbey chairman and CEO John Meier is retiring. Libbey is based in Toledo, Ohio; subsidiaries include Crisa, Crisal, Royal Leerdam, Syracuse China and World Tableware.
