Top 100 E&S Manufacturers Grew 3.9% Last Year

Combined revenues for the Top 100 foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers rose 3.9% in 2010, according to Foodservice Equipment Reports‘ exclusive analysis of the largest E&S manufacturers. The annual ranking, based on North American revenues, is part of the magazine’s 2012 E&S Market Forecast package.

From the largest company in the list, Manitowoc Foodservice at $1.393 billion to the smallest, Blendtec at an estimated $20 million in annual sales, most companies saw a marked improvement in business conditions last year. Sixty of the 100 companies saw revenues rise in ’10, 15 had flat sales and 25 posted revenue declines. In ’09, only 11 companies saw sales increases. The Top 100 combined posted a 9.6% decline in ’09.
