MUFES 2012 Is Weeks Away, So Get Yourself Registered

Time is getting short to register for Foodservice Equipment Reports‘ sixth biennial Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium. The meeting is set for Jan. 28-30 at the Barton Creek Resort in Austin, Texas.

The packed agenda includes high-end technical seminars and presentations, covering energy- and water-saving technologies, international development trends, certification issues and standards outside the U.S., best-practice water filtration for both cooking equipment and ice machines, sustainability practices including LEED modeling, and purchasing issues. Other highlights include a close look at the problems and opportunities in the global supply chain for tabletop and supplies, especially in this era of quick-turn menu rollouts, as well as open roundtables on a host of topics.

The meeting runs a full day on Jan. 29 and concludes at 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 30. Pre-meeting events, a golf outing and wine tour, complimentary for operators, occur Jan. 28.

The complete program and registration forms on MUFES ’12 can be found online at fermag.com/event-calendar/mufes. Or you can e-mail Publisher Robin Ashton at rashton(at)fermag.com or Chief Editor Brian Ward at bward(at)fermag.com  with questions. Any multiunit operator can attend; suppliers must be customers of FER or other Gill Ashton Foodservice Media products.”””
