No Snow, But Lots Of Energy Info In Wisconsin In March

The Energy Center of Wisconsin is again offering an energy efficiency foodservice training seminar with Don Fisher of Fisher-Nickel. The Energy Efficiency in Commercial Foodservice seminars, March 14 in Brookfield, and March 16 in River Falls, will feature take-home strategies for optimizing the performance of cook lines, refrigeration systems, warewashing equipment, kitchen ventilation and HVAC systems. Fisher will also highlight energy-efficient lighting technologies for foodservice operations and introduce online tools to help quantify energy savings.
