Henny Penny Announces Major Reorganization

With a fourth year of record sales expected, structural changes and executive promotions have been announced at Henny Penny Corp. The Eaton, Ohio, manufacturer has promoted Art Harlan to executive v.p., and announced six other shifts in its management, including:

• Jim Anglin, promoted to manager-product development and innovation

• Barb Coots, promoted to director of marketing

• Tim Crammer, promoted to the new role of v.p.-marketing and services

• Todd Hennigan, promoted to director of technical services

• Jeff Kincer, promoted to the new role of v.p.-engineering and operations

• Andy Shang, hired as director of engineering

The promotions and reorganization was announced by Henny Penny Pres. Rob Connelly, who said the changes reinforce the manufacturer’s strong reputation for quality products and expert, global service to its customers.

“As we continue to grow, these structural alignments and promotions will bolster Henny Penny’s industry leading customer focus and position us well for future growth” said Connelly.
