Bargreen Ellingson Names New President

Bargreen Ellingson, the Tacoma, Wash.-based dealership, will soon have its third generation of family leadership. During the company’s recent annual sales meeting, Paul Ellingson announced that he would be stepping down from his current role as president and that his son, David, would succeed him. The younger Ellingson worked at Hobart for several years before serving the past five years in a leadership role at Bargreen Ellingson.

Paul Ellingson will continue to serve as chairman of the board of the family-owned, internationally operated foodservice dealer. Bargreen Ellingson verified 2010 sales of more than $144 million in FER’s 2011 Top Dealer listing. It has more than 400 employees among its 20 branches.
