SFM To Host Critical Issues Conference In April

The Society for Foodservice Management will host its Critical Issues Conference at the JPMorgan Chase World Headquarters in New York on April 17.

The one-day glimpse into the future of corporate dining technology will bring together SFM members and leaders of the onsite foodservice industry to explore what consumers will demand, what technology will allow and what hot trends to anticipate. Highlights will include a facility tour, educational programs, roundtables, exhibits and a reception.

“It’s a not-to-be-missed opportunity to position members as early adopters of emerging technologies in the foodservice industry,” says Barbara Kane, president of Louisville, Ky.-based SFM. “Our goal is for members to become “tech leaders” in the industry—savvier, more efficient and more productive.”
