INTERNORGA 2012: Good Spirits, Positive Spending Climate

The mood was good and operators appeared keen to invest, according to the exhibitors at INTERNORGA 2012. The international trade show, staged March 9-14 in Hamburg, Germany, featured more than 1,200 companies from around the globe. The show was attended by nearly 100,000 visitors from Germany and abroad; more than half of those visitors represented their companies’ top management level.

Highlights included the 31st International Foodservice Forum, Europe’s biggest professional foodservice conference, which set a record with more than 1,700 participants. In addition, the German Congress for Institutional Catering and the School Catering Forum also set a new attendance mark with 430 participants.

The 87th INTERNORGA will be held at the Hamburg Fair site, March 8-13, 2013.
