Emerson Names President Of Refrigeration Business

John Rhodes has been appointed president of Emerson Climate Technologies’ refrigeration business. Rhodes moves over from Emerson Appliance Solutions, where he was president of the Therm-O-Disc business. He joined Emerson in 1991 as an engineer for Emerson Motor Co.; he also has also served as Emerson’s director of investor relations and as president of Emerson Heating Products.

Emerson Refrigeration manufactures compressor technology for the foodservice, c-store and supermarket industries. Emerson and its parent company are based in St. Louis. Emerson also owns Intermetro Industries (Metro) and In-Sink-Erator.
