Watlow Announces New Operations V.P.

Watlow, the St. Louis maker of thermal systems, has hired Jim Rowland as v.p.-operations.

Rowland , who began his career in production at General Motors, joins Watlow with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, human resources and transformation consulting. He will shape and develop operational strategy throughout the organization including advising on strategic business developments and key enterprise planning issues that impact Watlow’s operations, while insuring results through the Watlow Business System.
