It will be standing room only at the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago. The association announced last week that exhibit space is completely sold out for the show, which kicks off Saturday, May 5. The newly redesigned exhibit floor will showcase more than 1,900 exhibitors offering thousands of products and services to restaurant and foodservice operators. All equipment manufacturers will exhibit in the South Hall at Chicago’s McCormick Place.

This year’s edition includes more than 500 new exhibitors, as well as the Operator Innovations Awards Gallery (located in the Grand Concourse) and Kitchen Innovations Pavilion (South Hall, Booth #2440).
