Texas Deal Paves Expansion For Sunny Street Cafe

The breakfast-lunch chain Sunny Street Café is planning a big splash in the Lone Star State. The Columbus, Ohio-based chain has signed a 40-store development agreement for Texas with Café Management Systems. It’s Sunny Street’s most aggressive statewide expansion effort to date; up to four new units are slated to open in the next 12 months in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Currently, four of Sunny Street’s 14 franchised stores are in Texas; other locations are in Missouri and Ohio.
