Meiko Appointment Enhances Sales And Customer Service

Meiko Inc., enjoying what it calls a boom sales year, is beefing up its customer-service department. The Nashville, Tenn., company has added Danielle Mason as its sales and customer-service operations manager for the U.S. and Canada.

Mason, most recently a senior financial analyst at Unified Brands, brings more than a decade of marketing, business development and operational management to the maker of warewashers, waste handlers, tray conveyors and disinfection appliances. At Meiko, she will develop strategies maximizing operational management and streamlining efficiencies and will design and implement performance metrics to ensure sales and customer service benchmarks are continuously met. Mason will report directly to David Ciampoli, v.p. sales and marketing.
