NAFEM `13 Countdown…

There are fewer than 100 days until NAFEM `13. Booked your rooms and tickets yet? Found a seat for the closing night banquet’s headliner, Jimmy Buffett? If not, hop to it. The show, Feb. 7-9, 2013, is just around the corner. And Florida in February (especially with a side trip to Margaritaville) is a popular destination.

Exhibitors—more than 500 of them—have their booths planned to showcase the widest range of foodservice equipment and supplies solutions anywhere. They’ll take over the Orlando Convention Center’s floorspace, exhibiting more than 760,000 sq. ft. of equipment and supplies and showcasing their latest products and innovations in the What’s Hot! What’s Cool new product gallery.

Attendance in 2011 pulled in a broad section of the industry. Best represented were dealers/distributors, comprising 41% of show attendees, and end-users, who made up 31% of show walkers. Manufacturers, consultants and specifiers, service/tech and utility companies composed another 22%.
