NAFEM Releases Detailed 2012 “Size & Shape” Study

The 2012 version of “Size & Shape of the Industry,” which details dollar sales for more than 350 categories of foodservice equipment, supplies, tabletop and furnishings, has been released by the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers. The new release updates the study, which has been conducted by NAFEM every other year since 2002. Foodservice Equipment Reports uses the study’s data as the base for its foodservice E&S market forecasts.

Member companies which participated in the study by contributing data receive the study for free. Non-participating members can buy the study for $995. It is available to allied industry organization members and other for $3,395. The study is available for non-participants and others as of Nov. 30.
