Busy Days At Food&Hotel Vietnam

This spring’s seventh biennial Food&Hotel Vietnam drew strong crowds from across Southeast Asia. Organizers of the April 24-26 show at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City counted a total of 12,394 attendees.

Visitors to FHV2013 hailed from restaurants, hotel chains, airline caterers and supermarkets. In addition to a record-setting 19 pavilions from 14 countries and regions, local distributors displayed international foodservice equipment and supplies from Asian, European and U.S. manufacturers. FHV2013 also held educational seminars and hosted 110 chefs competing in culinary matches during the three-day show. Food&HotelVietnam will return for its eighth edition in two years, April 21-23, 2015, again in Ho Chi Minh City.
