Pollo Tropical To Enter India

Although the Caribbean-menu concept already has 33 international franchise stores, Pollo Tropical’s debut in India is its first opening outside the Western Hemisphere. The new Pollo Tropical in Delhi is the first of a three-year, 10-store development agreement between the chain and Delhi-based Paramount Cuisines Pvt. Ltd. in the national capital region, Punjab, Chandigarh and Haryana. Parent Florida-based Fiesta Restaurant Group also owns Taco Cabana.
