FER will host its 2014 Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium Jan. 25- 27 2014 at the Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas. The meeting kicks off with a keynote address by Technomic Inc.’s Joe Pawlak on “Foodservice Trends for the Millenials Market,” and segues into sessions from industry experts on water costs and management; equipment choices for the kitchen of the future; lighting technologies; and trends in F.O.G. handling and disposal.

Sunday’s agenda takes a look at foodservice 40 years from today, and moves into sessions on how chains select their suppliers; and in-depth looks at demand-control ventilation and rooftop HVAC packages.
