Today is the day. Register now for the Early Bird Discount for MUFES 2014, the foodservice equipment and supplies industry’s most incisive look at future trends and technological changes and how they will affect operators.

FER will host its 2014 Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium Jan. 25- 27 2014 at the Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas. The meeting kicks off with a keynote address by Technomic Inc.’s Joe Pawlak on “Foodservice Trends for the Millenials Market,” and segues into sessions from industry experts on water costs and management; equipment choices for the kitchen of the future; lighting technologies; and trends in F.O.G. handling and disposal.

Sunday’s agenda takes a look at foodservice 40 years from today, and moves into sessions on how chains select their suppliers; and in-depth looks at demand-control ventilation and rooftop HVAC packages. Both days are packed with time for networking and breakout sessions on FER’s 2014 Forecast and smallwares and tabletop innovations.

Through Nov. 27, operators can register at the early bird rate of $395. After that date, registration is $495. Supplier conference fees are $3,795 through that date, $3,995 after.

Further information and registration forms are available here on FER’s website. Questions? Touch base with Chris Palmer at cpalmer@fermag.com.
