NRA Releases Operations Report Focused On Optimizing Efficiency, Profitability

The National Restaurant Association has released the 2013-14 edition of its Restaurant Operations Report. The report, produced in collaboration with Deloitte & Touche LLP, offers restaurateurs operational comparisons to better detect potential problems, manage costs and become more efficient.

The report, based on financial data from more than 630 restaurants, provides data on cost of sales, gross profit, direct operating expenses, employees, pre-tax income and other measurements to help sharpen financial performance and quickly identify cost categories where data could substantially vary from similar operations.

It can be ordered through the NRA’s online store at Restaurant.org/Store or by calling 800/482-9122. Members pay $100, non-members $200.
