Operators in the country’s most populous state can get a close-up look this month at implementing the nation’s ongoing healthcare reform.
“Health Care 201: Implementing the Affordable Care Act,” is going on the road this month, courtesy of the California Restaurant Association Legal Center.
The CRA presentation will tour California with a line-up of national, state and local experts to answer questions about preparing a restaurant for the healthcare-reform requirements. All sessions are free but space is limited.
Workshops will focus on best practices for implementing the ACA’s requirements. Panel discussions will focus on strategies and tactics restaurateurs can use to comply with success. Compliance discussion points primarily will benefit employers with at least 50 full-time employees (or equivalents), but the CRA is encouraging smaller employers to attend and ask questions.
The touring presentation is slated for April 10 in Sacramento, April 11 in Fresno and San Jose and April 12 in Los Angeles and Orange County. Full details, including registration, can be found here. Space is limited.
