FSW Extends Market Reach With Purchase Of Loubat

Denver-based FoodserviceWarehouse.com, also known as FSW, has purchased the assets of Loubat Food Service Equipment Co.

Loubat began serving restaurants in New Orleans more than 137 years ago and over the years has grown into a regional leader specializing in equipment, design and smallwares. FSW was founded in 2006 in Greenwood Village, Colo., as a one-stop online shopping resource for E&S.

Loubat’s Henri Louapre said, “As part of FSW, we will be able to expand our customer base in New Orleans, taking advantage our FSW’s technology and systems to better accommodate our customers’ requirements. Our customers will have high-quality local expertise and support, while enjoying the advantages of doing business with a national company.”

Louapre is joined by industry veterans Cam McCall and Doug Tyler in spearheading Loubat’s operations as a new division of FSW.

“We are thrilled to have made this foray into the New Orleans market,” stated Kristofer Bain, v.p.-FSW. “With the strong customer relations of the Loubat team, we are confident that we will successfully increase the Loubat customer base and enhance the overall buying experience.”

FSW was founded in 2006is a rapidly growing national dealer, combining technology, sales specialists and inventory to offer its broad base of customers a wide selection of equipment, supplies and furniture.
