The refined modern style of Vollrath’s new trend-setting buffet stations dominates the buffet table and delights guests. The sleek exterior disguises the workhorse behind the new buffet line, which includes two sizes of buffet stations and the popular induction station. The induction units are designed to accommodate various models of induction ranges including Mirage Cadet and Mirage Pro. The small or large buffet stations work great with Miramar Display Cookware, or you can put food directly on the griddle pan (sold separately). For added flexibility, the griddle pans can also be used with Vollrath’s electric chafer heater (46060). The new buffet stations come in contemporary natural, black and brown finishes basic enough to complement any décor or theme.
