At Hoshizaki America, we’ve always been cool… now we are heating things up! Hoshizaki introduces Hot Food Holding Cabinets (models HH1SSB-FS/HS) available in full and half stainless doors. The innovative ducted air-distribution system eliminates hot and cold spots. Units feature an easy-to-use LED digital controller (°F or °C) with separate on/off switch. The stainless interior features an exclusive “stepped” door design that protects the door gasket when product is removed. The self-closing doors with locks feature a metal torsion-spring hinge design with stay-feature and are field reversible with an optional kit. The hot food holding cabinets have a 3-yr.parts and labor warranty and are UL, cUL and UL SAN approved.
