Yum!’s Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op Adopts New Name

Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op, LLC has changed its name to Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions LLC.

The Yum! Brands purchasing organization manages more than $5.8 billion in food, packaging, non-food items and equipment from its main headquarters in Louisville, Ky. Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions also will continue support operations from its locations in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; Irvine, Calif.; and Plano, Texas.

In addition to supporting KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions provides purchasing and program management services for Yum!’s former brands, A&W and Long John Silver’s, through independent, specific agreements.

Pres./CEO Steven McCormick said, “Our year began with a new vision and mission to work as a trusted and collaborative partner in creating value for our members. We are excited to introduce our new name and branding that truly reflects our commitment to innovation, strategic partnerships and the improved profitability of our system.”
