Blanco’s AirServe Trolley Offers Broad Flexibility

The new Blanco AirServe Trolley makes food delivery a reliable, multidimensional process whether an operator is making 50 or 5,000 meals a day. The compact hot-air regeneration cart gives operators varied flexibility when loading hot and cold meal portions. The interior thermal partition wall is set asymmetrically and can be positioned at different depths in the refrigeration or heating compartment to enable countless variations for hot and cold meal components. Four-door construction not only reduces the unit’s swiveling radius and space requirements, but also allows cold and hot compartments to be opened separately without energy or temperature loss. Ease of use is underlined by the simple-to-follow control display; the unit has an ergonomic design with 80 different colors from which to choose for the door and side panels.
