Rational would like all of its customers to get the maximum benefit from their purchase right from the start and throughout the product’s service life. Customers who purchase a Rational cooking appliance will receive a free Rational ServicePlus package that they can use as long as they have a Rational appliance in their kitchen. The all-inclusive package includes on-site training as well as one-day seminars, which provide new menu ideas and how-to lessons in further improving kitchen processes. Additionally, software improvements can be downloaded quickly via free updates in ClubRational. This is part of the ServicePlus package; customers do not pay extra for it. Even those who do not yet work with Rational can use ServicePlus by obtaining free planning proposals for kitchen renovations or new builds or trying the appliances in their kitchens before purchasing.
