The all-inclusive package includes on-site training as well as one-day seminars, which provide new menu ideas and how-to lessons in further improving kitchen processes. Additionally, software improvements can be downloaded quickly via free updates in ClubRational. This is part of the ServicePlus package; customers do not pay extra for it.
