A franchise deal with a multibrand operator will lead to four Roy Rogers Restaurant units across Bergen and Essex counties in northern New Jersey; the first store will open in 2016. The chain also has inked a franchise agreement to open a new restaurant in Pasadena, Md., early next year; it marks Roy Rogers’ return to the region after more than a decade.
