Massimo Giussani has assumed the post of chief operating officer at Ali Group. In his new role, Giussani will continue reporting directly to Ali Group Chairman/CEO Luciano Berti and will be primarily responsible for all of the group’s companies within the Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific regions.
Giussani has worked closely with Berti for the last 11 years, initially as director-business development and most recently as group executive v.p. He was instrumental in developing several initiatives, ranging from business development to acquisitions and restructuring activities.
Founded by Berti in 1963, the Ali Group is headquartered in Milan, Italy. It has 76 global brands and 55 manufacturing facilities in 14 countries.
