Apparently, a lot of dealers are misjudging their company’s competitive edge and not focusing on how their edge likely matches that of their competitors.
In November, FEDA will present a webinar to help its members answer the key question: “What Is Your Company’s Competitive Edge?” The program, aimed at sales managers and senior executive management, will center on areas and processes that most companies ignore but could give them a stronger competitive edge. Among the topics to be covered are two questions: “Are you focusing on the part of the sales cycle that can best grow your business? Do you know what is needed in your pipeline to reach sales goals?”
The Nov. 19 webinar will be presented by Brian Gardner, founder of SalesProcess360. Participants are eligible for two CFSP points. More information is at feda.com.
