Browne Foodservice has appointed Jim Girolamo as its new director of sales foodservice-U.S. Girolamo has been with the smallwares supplier for the past three years with responsibilities in chain account sales and most recently as the company’s eastern regional manager.
Company President Michael Browne noted, “Jim Girolamo has effectively worked with many of the key dealers and key chain customers throughout the foodservice industry as he and his teams have achieved much success supporting the dealer network and generating new and profitable business. We are very pleased to add Jim to the management team at Browne.”
Additionally, Carrie McDonald has been named the new western regional manager for Browne Foodservice USA. McDonald, who joins Browne from a regional sales post at Decker Outdoor Corp. as part of the Mozo Shoe division, has extensive foodservice experience in a range of sales, major key-account and sales-management roles. She will oversee all sales, marketing and representative management initiatives in the western region and will report to Girolamo.
Browne Foodservice, now marking its 65th year in the industry, provides buffetware, cookware and smallwares under the Bérard, Browne, Cuisipro, Kitchen Grips and Thermalloy brands in the North American and global markets and distributes brands including Arc Int’l., T&S, Emile Henry, Bamix and Global in Canada. Browne has principal offices in Markham, Ontario, and Short Hills, N.J.
