Winner of a 2014 Kitchen Innovation Award, Dry Assist thermal technology removes excess moisture quickly, accelerates drying time and provides more energy savings. Using cool, dry air moving up and through the rack of sanitized wares, it removes moisture quickly. Champion’s patent-pending Dry Assist collects heat and moisture to be recycled back into the rinse water or removed from the room depending on customer preference and machine type. Dry Assist is currently available on Champion’s door-type machines and the UH330 under-counter high-temperature dishwashing machine.
