FER Offers Full Scholarships For Noncommercial MUFES

Thirty deserving noncommercial operators will be able to attend Foodservice Equipment Reports’ Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium for Noncommercial Operators, to be held June 13-15, 2011, on full scholarships. The scholarships will cover airfare, hotel and meeting seminar fees.

The meeting, to be held at the Barton Creek Resort in Austin, Texas, will feature an in-depth, two-day program created to help noncommercial operators understand the latest developments in foodservice equipment technologies and efficiencies, facilities design practices, LEED building standards and other pertinent issues.

“We know many noncommercial operators lack travel budgets,” said FER Publisher Robin Ashton. “We want to ensure that operators across all the noncommercial operator segments have an opportunity to attend MUFES/NCO.”

Operators wishing to apply for the scholarships can download an application here. Typical MUFES programs are also available. The deadline for applications is Dec. 17.

Information for consultants and suppliers wishing to attend MUFES/NCO is also available on the website. Suppliers must be significant customers of Gill Ashton Publishing to be invited. Professional members of the Foodservice Consultants Society Int’l. will receive a discount on seminar fees.

To order or for more information, e-mail Robin Ashton or call the magazine’s office at 800/986-9616.
