Helix Technology Adds New Spin To Combi & HydroVection Ovens

Blodgett Oven introduces the revolutionary new Helix Technology to its Combi and HydroVection Ovens that will reduce cook times as much as 40%, improve food yields up to 25%, and reduce cook times from 10% to 40% depending upon product. In addition to the new Helix ovens, Blodgett launches new additions to the Mini Combi line, including a new ventless hood system.
