Equip’Hotel is only a month away, and the Nov. 16-20 show at Porte de Versailles in Paris offers a vast slate of activities, seminars, exhibitors and networking opportunities. Its five themed sectors include Conceive & Design and Clean & Maintain areas, but most foodservice equipment will be found in the Cook & Serve sector, where more than 460 exhibitors will display kitchen equipment and supplies, tableware, coffee-making and bar equipment, beverage and food products, disposable items, signage and accessories. Also on the docket is a collective catering showcase featuring chefs working collaboratively on top-line equipment to serve meals to 300 attendees.
When last held two years ago, Equip’Hotel featured more than 1,600 exhibitors representing 20 industry segments and hosted well over 110,000 industry professionals, 18.4% of them international. Just as that year’s show saw a strong rise in exhibitors and show visitors from outside of France, this year’s Equip’Hotel is well on its way to being a global showcase. It will feature more than a dozen trend studios and 500-plus speakers and contributors to presentations and round tables, representing a total of 20 nationalities.
Equip’Hotel is a sponsor of the 15th edition of the Worldwide Hospitality Awards and is host to the sixth edition of Cuisine en Joute International by Génération Cuisines & Cultures, where top hotel and catering schools duel in the kitchen and in restaurants.
