Emerson E360 Forum On Trends In Refrigeration Focuses On Future

The future appears to be now in the refrigeration industry. With looming changes in refrigerants, manufacturing and environmental regulations, Emerson Climate Technologies is holding its first quarterly forum in support of its E360 initiative. The Nov. 13 event will focus on creating a meaningful refrigeration industry dialogue and help customers address the many challenges facing them today.

The program, Thursday, Nov. 13, at the Hilton Columbus Polaris in Columbus, Ohio, will feature two keynote speakers FER Publisher Robin Ashton and Dr. Rajan Rajendran. Ashton will speak on key trends in the foodservice industry. Rajendran, v.p.-system innovation and sustainability at Emerson Climate Technologies, will discuss updates to refrigerant and energy regulations.

Emerson’s E360 platform was introduced earlier this year to address the challenges facing the refrigeration industry today, ranging from regulatory requirements and environmental standards to operating cost pressures and the evolution of refrigerant technologies. It offers a number of resources designed to offer a 360-degree view of commercial refrigeration issues and advancements.

A second E360 Forum is scheduled during the NAFEM Show, on Feb. 18, 2015, in Anaheim, Calif. Emerson Climate Technologies, headquartered in Sidney, Ohio, is a division of St. Louis-based Emerson.
