He will lead the culinary resources team, as well as continue to be integral to corporate strategic planning with focused efforts on sales execution and business development in the eastern United States.

Jeff Mote has joined Alto-Shaam’s domestic sales team as v.p. of national accounts-retail. Mote has more than a decade of industry experience. He will work alongside Brian Zornes in developing company sales strategy and business development and growth in the retail supermarket and c-store business segments.

“We're continually investing in our leadership talent, and each of these individuals brings strong assets to the organization,” said Steve Maahs, president/COO of the Menomonee Falls, Wis., manufacturer. “Their wealth of experience and leadership qualities will help continue to grow Alto-Shaam, while maintaining our commitment to high-quality products and service.”
