Heritage Parts Adds Saturday Service

Starting Jan 10, Heritage Parts expanded the hours of operation for its customer service and distribution centers to include Saturdays, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. EST. Online orders placed anytime on Friday night and Saturday morning will also be processed and shipments that are next day and second day air will be available for shipping on Saturday.  All in-stock orders selecting priority overnight shipping will be available for Monday delivery.

“We have always been the leader in providing expert customer service, and now we will be the first replacement parts distributor in our industry to extend our shipping to Saturday so customers can rely on us even more to be there when they need us,” said Heritage Pres. and CEO John McDonough. “We know our job is to get the right part to the right place, every time. Expanding our hours of operation to Saturdays will meet the critical needs of our customers and deliver solutions to help them do their job and be successful.”

The Fort Wayne, Ind., firm also has been running the Heritage Parts Save-The-Day Sweepstakes since late September. The online contest has racked up 10 weekly and monthly grand prize winners from around the country, including personnel at commercial kitchen design firms, service organizations, schools and contractor-focused companies. The sweepstakes leverages Heritage’s website with an interactive game that challenge customers to repair broken equipment in record time.
