INTERNORGA To Focus On Equipment That Scores

The pace of development and innovation in kitchen equipment continues heating up. Visitors to INTERNORGA 2015 will see a full array of such equipment and innovation in Hamburg, Germany, March 13-18. More than 1,200 exhibitors from Germany and abroad will display their innovations, trends and complete solutions for the foodservice market at the Hamburg Fair site.

There will be more focus on the use of globally networked control systems that can be operated like a smartphone. Show cooking and functional design are also major topics, as is intuitive operation of cooking equipment and cost cutting through lower consumption of resources.

“As usual, practical demonstrations of equipment and live cooking shows will be the main feature of presentations, giving the audience a close-up view of preparation of soups and snacks, and even of extensive meals,” according to Claudia Johannsen, head of business unit at Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH, “and in 2015, there will be a strong focus on the trend subject of regional cooking.”

Since it was established in 1921, INTERNORGA has been one of Europe’s top trade fairs for hotels, restaurants, institutional catering, bakery and confectionery products and equipment. For further information, see internorga.com.
