With integrated downdraft venting, fire suppression and a fire containment shield, Vollrath’s Induction Downdraft Vent Module sets the stage for unique, fresh, front-of-the-house cooking possibilities. Functional and aesthetically pleasing, the cooking station with one or two energy-efficient induction cooktops is housed in either a Vollrath V-Class or Signature Server base. The module is the first of its kind to be UL listed for UL710B (8 hr), UL197, EPA202 tested from section 59 of UL710B, meets the requirements of NFPA 96, complies with FCC Part 18, and is UL-Sanitation listed to the NSF 4 standard. The module is available with stainless, laminated, solid surface or quartz and offered in hundreds of base colors.
