Pneumatic Pizza Press Perfection

Based on our patented DP1300 model, the DP2300SE machine has an automatic air-driven press (compressor required) with an 8-in. cylinder to press perfect 12-in. pizzas in the high-paced chain-driven environment. Other features include 4600W to maintain set-point temperature, dual-heat polished aluminum platens upper and lower, standard 12-in. embedded mold that accommodates a 6- to 7-oz. dough ball, easy two-button operation, timer and counter function, and a self-leveling upper platen. Embedded cast-in heating elements are backed by the exclusive Proluxe limited lifetime warranty.
