Smoking The Fare

The fully insulated 767-CH-SK-D Series Cook-N-Hold smoker (pictured with optional stand) uses real wood chips to produce flavorful, high-yield results by low-and-slow cooking meats, fish and cheese as well as Kold Keepers. The stainless vented chip box and variable one-hour timer allows for mild to heavy smoke flavor. Cook and hold up to 100 lbs. of meat in less than 6 sq. ft. of floor space. An efficient 3000W power unit allows for reheating of prepared meals and bulk items. The solid-state electronic control with large, clean, easy-to-read-and-operate LED digital display ensures holding at precise food temperatures.
