Carter-Hoffmann’s Crisp ‘N Hold stations extend food holding times up to 4 times longer than heat lamps and serve better French fries, fried shrimp, poppers and more, with less food waste. Excess steam and grease vapors are quickly wicked away from food, keeping it crisp and at the proper holding temperature.
